KVTSC’s services include processing Etitles, Duplicates, Reissues, Title Onlys, Salvage Titles, Repossession Titles, Possessory Liens, Mechanic’s Liens, Abandoned Vehicles, Storage Liens, Verifications, and Vehicle Histories for licensed Kansas entities (dealers, auto auctions, and title service companies).
KVTSC does charge for the work which it performs. These fees are in addition to those fees regularly charged by the State of Kansas. The state will continue to receive revenue from these transactions as it has in the past.
Fees must be paid for at the time of service via cash or check (made payable to KVTSC or Kansas Vehicle Title Services Company, LLC). Or, to facilitate speedy processing, and especially for those of you who will be requesting processing of transactions on a frequent basis, we request that you establish an escrow account. Escrow accounts make the check-out process much simpler and allow KVTSC flexibility with processing your transaction which will speed up processing.
To establish your escrow account, KVTSC will need either the cash you plan to place in escrow or a check with a minimum 2 week estimated processing amount.
Please note that, at this time, KVTSC cannot accept any title applications which are mailed to our office. All title applications must be delivered in person.
